- We are excited to invite all of our Middle School and High School tennis players and families to participate in our inaugural Rally for a Reason: Spring Lake Tennis Tournament & Community Event on Saturday, September 19, 2026, at the Spring Lake Middle School Tennis Courts! Rally for a Reason is more than just a tennis tournament — it is an opportunity to bring together our players, families, and the greater Spring Lake community while raising funds to support the continued growth of the Spring Lake Tennis Program. Funds raised through this event will help support: Middle School and High School tennis program needs, including equipment and other program expenses; The continued growth of our Middle School tennis program, including coaching and tournament expenses; Repairs and preservation of the Middle School tennis courts so they remain safe and playable for our players and community; and Our long-term goal of ensuring tennis continues to grow and thrive in Spring Lake for years to come. Our immediate fundraising goal is approximately $19,000, which includes funding needed for repairs to the Middle School courts and will help position our program for additional grant support. Tournament & Event Schedule 8:00 AM – Tournament Check-In & Warm-Up 8:15 AM – Doubles Tournament Begins (ages 12 & up) 11:00 AM–2:00 PM – Food Trucks 12:00–2:00 PM – Community Tennis Event, including Learn-to-Play, Fastest Serve Competition, Open Play & family activities Approximately 2:00 PM – Event concludes We would love to see as many of our Middle School and High School players participate in the doubles tournament as possible! It should be a fun opportunity to compete, spend time with teammates, and support the program at the same time.
