Tonight the JV Volleyball team had an exciting 3 set match against a tough Unity Christian team at home. We won 2-1 with the scores of 18-25, 28-26, 15-12. Leading us offensively at the net were Melanie Goetzinger & Natalie VanLoo with 7 kills each. Melanie Goetzinger also led us with 2 service aces & 2 blocks for the match. Sierra Lukas had 7 assists and Kellen Armey had 6 assists. Leading us defensively was Kristen Marine with a total of 13 digs and Avery Turbett with 7 digs. Our overall record is now 17-12-2 and we are now 5-4 in the OK Conference. As our season begins to wrap up with only 3 matches left in the season. Our next match is scheduled for next week Tuesday, October 21st at Zeeland East @ 5pm.
