The Spring Lake Lakers clinched the outright OK Black Conference Championship with a 13-3 victory at Holland. The Lakers pounded out 15 hits with 6 different players getting two hits a piece, Gabe Trask, Rian Bates, Jaden Core, Oliver Smies, Owen Smies, and Reid Grimmer. Besides his two hits, Trask scored two runs and had 2 RBI's, Oliver Smies and Max Feltner each scored twice and Mason Troyer had a two run single. Ryan Grimm pitched a complete game for the win, scattering 10 hits, striking out 5 and walking 2. Tonight was Spring Lake's first Baseball Conference Championship since 2014.
