The Spring Lake Lakers defeated the Ludington Orioles in game one of their doubleheader with strong pitching, defense and hitting enroute to a 10-0 5 inning victory. Reid Grimmer got the win throwing a complete game one hitter striking out 6. With a team effort, nine different Lakers scored runs and eight different Lakers had a hit. Jaden Core and Alex Strauss each had two hits and Core scored 2 runs
