The Grand Rapids South Christian Sailors erupted for six runs in the bottom of the third inning to break open the game enroute to a 11-6 win over the Spring Lake Lakers. Mason Troyer led the Laker offense with two hits and two runs, while Oliver Smies hit his 5th homerun of the year and finished with 3 RBI's. Ryan Fine took the loss for Spring Lake. Spring Lake dominated from start to finish to earn a doubleheader split with a 14-1 win in game two. Max Feltner was the winning pitcher in a compete game where he scattered 7 hits and struck out 6. Feltner led a balanced offensive attack with 3 hits followed by Maddux Kipling, Rian Bates, Mason Troyer and Alex Strauss who each had two hits. Strauss had two triples and 3 RBI's. Ryan Fine scored 3 runs for the Lakers.
