Varsity vs Forest Hills Eastern High School (16 - 4) Win The Varsity Lady Lakers Lacrosse team traveled to Forest Hills Eastern on Monday evening and came back with a 16-4 victory. With the victory, the Lakers improve to 9-3 on the season. Forest Hills NE scored first but the Lakers were up to the task and scored the next 12 goals. Leading the Lakers in scoring was Micah Gawronski with 5 goals and 3 assists. Aubrey Llewellyn added 3 goals and an assist while Sierra Lukas and Ava Lisman each added 2 goals and an assist. Adding single goals were Calla Barber, Abbey Rogalski, Ava Cabala and Charlotte Murphy. Addy Laug and Brooke Stephenson were both great in the circle today, allowing the Lakers to keep ball control. Leading the Lakers on defense was Abbi Kozal and Charlie VanHarken, but the entire Laker defense was strong tonight. In net the Lakers goalies Elena Robinson and Maya Curtis combined to allowed just 4 goals. Next up for the Lakers is a road game at Grand Ledge on Friday. Game starts at 6:30.
