It was a cold and physical night for the Lakers first game at Lowell tonight. Our girls battled hard for this win, and we were very proud of the way they stayed focus and did exactly what we asked of them tonight. We played our game, and set a great pace for the rest of the season. Goals tonight... 1st half - with 30:20 left, Cam Morell (10) put us on the board with a great shot that bounced in off the crossbar. Assist came off a great cross from Baylee Andree (11). With 25:25 left, Aveya Patino (11) buried a free kick outside the 18 to put us ahead 2-0. With 11:49 left, Aveya Patino scored off a great throw-in assist from Baylee Andree. 2nd half - with 13:59 left, Aveya Patino scored her 3rd goal of the night off a perfectly calculated pass through the Lowell defense 9from Addie Harris (9).
